The Fragrance of the Heart is part of an international family of vegetarian cafés inspired by peace advocate and philosopher Sri Chinmoy (1931-2007), who was also an athlete, a prolific writer, an artist, composer and musician.
His simple message – that world peace begins within the heart of each individual – has inspired millions of people around the world through programs such as the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run torch relay, and the Oneness-Heart-Tears and Smiles humanitarian initiative, which have touched the hearts of thousands in their home communities.
